Beautiful space and design. Very peaceful setting for a city. Wonderful service and attention to detail. Very nice balcony off room that overlooked the pool.

Our concierge was Beam (Bebe), and she was an absolute delight. She even helped expedite the shipping of some headphones that I left at another hotel to ensure that I received them before leaving Thailand.

Wonderful staff comfortable room. Good breakfast with several choices. Dinner is excellent as well. Beautiful setting next to the river. The noise emanating nightly from across the river (bar/restaurant) though not their fault was still annoying. If you want to go to sleep before 11 at night you will need earplugs.

As soon as we checked in, we were welcomed so warmly by the staff and in particular spent much of our time communicating with Beam from the staff - she was a ray of sunshine always and so kind and helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful setting and a respite oasis after Bangkok, quiet at night and very well taken care of. Also the massages at the spa were so heavenly and we loved having a bathtub. Room was on the smaller side and we personally prefer to be a bit farther from a pool. Great distance from the airport (not far) and although you could walk into the main town you may not want to always. Taxis and tuk tuks while not too expensive can add up.

Amazing staff Extremely compfy bed Close to the center

Words can barely describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this property! We were there for our honeymoon and were greeted with beautiful decorations on the bed and treats in the room! The staff was absolutely exceptional from the front desk, to the bell men, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping, to room service! The breakfast was unparalleled. We were greeted by Baitong in a soothing & charming Thai way with tea after our long journey from the US. He made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool every day and the amazing tropical drinks, both alcoholic, and not from the pool bar. Our last day, before we departed, we had a couples massage which we were both blown away by. Throughout the rest of our travels in Thailand, we missed the Na Nirand and often recommended it to other travelers along the way. This king bed had a wooden panel in the middle. Made it tricky to cuddle. I know this is sometimes a thing while traveling in Asia, but if I had known ahead of time we may have booked a room with a smaller bed. Didn’t want to move from our cozy nest once we settled in.

The room was great, Tue restaurant incredible and the staff fantastic and helpful.

Beautiful Nothing !

The food at breakfast is excellent, the service is pretty great and all in all I loved this place, I just think if I went back I would ask to see which room I've been given prior to unpacking. The extra touches of gifts each night at turn down was especially sweet and I think they truly love pleasing their guests. Always kind and helpful. A+ to the staff for sure. This hotel is lovely, but the buildings are all built around different times and some rooms are much nicer than others. Mine was lovely, but the bed was awful and I had a very difficult time sleeping due to how hard the mattress(?) was. Also, its way over stuffed with furniture, making it feel more cramped than it needs to be. I got the feeling that as they remodel each room the extra or now not as new furniture get's stored in other places, namely my room A-101.

The staff was superb through and through. They were not only helpful and kind and were engaging in all aspects of our needs. As we were there for the Songkran Festivities, they were all the more enjoyable to be around. They helped us prepare for the big water battles in the street with all of the necessary gear. We loved it and loved them all! We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the property location as well. It's a great place to stay for any duration of time. Lastly, the spa is truly amazing as it was a 10/10 experience for the 90-minute scrub and oil massage. Nothing at all as all things went very well.
