It’s in a good location near the north gate. The room itself was nothing special The photos of the rooms didn’t match the actual room you get. The room you get is run down, things are broken.. weird smells. Not a very nice place unfortunately. Mold in the shower, not much going on here as they need to update some things. The doors to the rooms barely feel like they lock. Mine had tape on it from someone probably kicking it open..

I have stayed in Mali’s room a number of times over the years. The property is very reasonably priced for the location. It is on a quiet street overlooking a small temple so the atmosphere is very peaceful. The rooms are clean, AC and hot water work well enough. One reviewer mentioned seeing bugs, I have stayed here many times and never seen a bug of any type other than the occasional mosquito. The biggest criticism would be the general rundown feeling of the rooms but once you realize that the rooms are clean, there are no strange smells coming from the bathroom it becomes a very chill place to stay in Chiang Mai old town.

The lighting, the room was too dark And also there was a leak above the toilet so when u were on the toilet u could feel the drops on your back ;)

Location was nice, that’s about all. It was good upon first looks, but was not a clean stay.. The lady was super unhelpful, quite frustrating to try talk to her. The room was okay, but the AC was moldy and quickly had to be turned off. Super layers of dust on the lamps, dirty walls, ripped linens and towels, but really the mold was the worst part. Did not feel healthy to sleep in there.

Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff

Nice and cozy room. The location was very good. I was very comfortable staying there. Restaurants cafes bars 711 pretty much everything within walking distance. It was a very peaceful place. I booked for one week and extended my stay for one more. Would highly recommend. Very small issue, it was a little bit tricky to turn the shower off but most likely they will have fixed that by now.

Amenities, no soap or shampoo, grey towels, no socket near the bed, loud fridge, unpleasant lighting

A woman came to my room at 10pm asking if I wanted a massage (I did not). Really disappointed that the staff allowed this. The WiFi is very poor. The sheets were stained. The staff do not speak any English

Excellent location. Close to many temples

good location I was told they will refund me and after I left they refused to pay the refund....when I returned to the hotel they called the manager and he told me he will not refund, and he said "Do whatever he want" ....So I recommend to stay away from this place especially since their are much better places in the area e.g mountain view guesthouse or cleo place. The ground floor aparments are run down and poor or no internet most of the times durin my 10 days stay. The show is very old and water at the sink doesnt drain properly. They openened a construciton site, the noise was mind numbing, they pretended there was a water leak even though the pipe they changed was a waste water pipe.

It's a nice comfy place to stay at a great price in a great location.

despite clear messaging, communication became lost. the 'balcony' represented in the listing was actually a patio on the ground floor.. to represent the double helix truth. a poisonous scorpion was discovered, at which time the staff was completely indifferent to the concern presented by the danger. potential to practice more ethical business practices here to improve communication and fair consideration for customers. no toiletries for basics of care, deceptively priced higher and reduced as a kind of baiting of a misrepresenting offer to enter...
