the male staff in the morning seemed a bit unapproachable. There’s no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign to hang on the door, and on my second day, someone cleaned the room without my permission. I admit it was partly my fault for not informing them beforehand, but it still felt intrusive. When I tried to explain what happened to the younger female staff, she couldn’t understand me as she didn’t speak English, so I had to use Google Translate to communicate.

There's a daily supply of soft flour cake, coffee and water. There's a microwave in our room. There's 7/11 just across the place and a self service laundry. There's also places to eat nearby.

Location It was challenging to ask staff questions, even with google translate they did not understand me when I was asking if they can book a taxi for an early ride to airport. Luckily Bolt works from 5:50 am or even earlier. Also the cleaning did not include any cleaning. When I arrived the whole bathroom floor was wet, full of dark hairs, no toilet paper, shower walls still with some soap leftovers from before. The room - full of dust on the shelves. During the stay I don’t think they actually cleaned the shower area, they just sprayed some perfume and poured some water on the shower walls.

The location was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. A very nice neighbourhood with a 'village' feel to it. Some outside space would have been nice - balcony or patio
