Staff if there's more than 10 degrees in evaluation I will give them. They are so kind not like most of the hotel in Thailand. We arrived early and they allowed us for early check in without asking for a penny not like other hotels in Thailand

Can smoke in the balcony Not exactly inside the old city although it’s not far. The view is not very attractive.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean. Room was large. Pool area was nice. Good area, close to many things. Room was a little less clean than I would have liked and didn't look exactly like the pictures.

The beds were extremely firm. Almost as if sleeping directly on a box spring.

Relatively quite, very clean, the staff was very nice (in the front desk and the cleaning ladies). The room was large and had space for our belongings and for ourselves to relax and enjoy the hotel; also the water in the shower are hot and with strong stream.

Magically quiet, spacious, killer sunsets, close walk to old city there is nothing that isn’t to love wish we could’ve stayed longer ?

Big rooms, huge bed, quiet, great lightning, very clean, helpful staff. Truly recommend! Everything was alright

Water barely runs from tap and shower. Wifi is slower than tethered mobile data. Soundproofing nonexistent - one can hear talking from above, below, left and right. The whole thing seems to have had better days, and needs repairs. Bottom line: totally worth 25 euros a day, but not a cent more.

The property had the potential to look scary. Dark areas, stray cats, depressed looking location. No iron in room. Bath towels terrible.

We really enjoyed this hotel! It was very clean with daily housekeeping, the room was spacious, good location and the pool is great as well. We felt like there were not a lot of people in the hotel, but it is definitely recommended for this price! The hotel felt a bit outdated but not much of a problem. A breakfast option would be nice.

Now the room. It did not look anything at all like what you see in the pictures you are looking at. Nothing. Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, non inviting. You'll try to do anything not to go back to that room. When brought up to the staff, they did jot care one bit. No room changes. Nothing. I had to get them to spray it for bugs EVERYDAY. Everyday. Im normally pretty easy going but unless you ask them to clean it they will not. Best of luck at this garbage dumpster of a hotel. Absolutely nothing.
