Shane Hotel Chiangmai

Good, basic hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms were basic, some artwork would help liven the rooms up a bit. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, we would have loved to have some fruit but there wasn't any. We were looking forward to a place with a pool but the way the pool is situated, it doesn't get much sun so it stays fairly cold in the pool area which was too bad, but pretty to sit around at least!

Not as advertised, was more of a motel hostel situation.

The hotel is not too far from the airport and it's very near CMU with few mins walk to the Faculty of Science (just cross the narrow road). The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was also well-cleaned and its facilities were well-prepared. Nothing

It's not a hotel but a Hostel for University students, extremely; disappointed by staying with my colleagues, The rooms have no wardrobes or place to keep clothes or safe to keep passports etcI stayed at a hostel for university students with my colleagues and I was extremely disappointed. The rooms had no wardrobes or place to keep clothes, and there was no safe to keep passports. Additionally, there was no coffee or tea maker in the room. I would not recommend this place on your site., and there is no coffee or tea maker in the room. Very friendly staff Super convenient location to Chiang Mai University Hard single Beds - Double beds that my friends sleeping in were much more comfortable Weak ventilation in bathroom and not enough hangers and racks for placing clothes and towels Fake room cleaning service lmao - at least change the bathroom floor mats? the bed sheets and pillow case were not changed but only tidied Breakfast - my friends came and stayed 3 years ago and said there were more food options before Dodgy door locks and doors with gaps - able to hear any sound/noise from the corridor at night

The rooms are quiet and peaceful. Huge room. Location is hard to find for ride hailing drivers. Limited parking spaces. Room will only be clean by telling the receptionist and this was not relayed during check in. Have to self take the bottles of water from level 1 ourselves. There is no make up room tags or similar. Room has a stench of poor ventilation.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and calm, the staff provides good and polite service, and the location is close to Chiang Mai University and not too far from the city of Chiang Mai, it is worth the price. The parking place is limited, there is a key deposit of 500 baht, and food cannot be brought up to eat in the room, making it difficult.
