Excellent location. Facilities suited my needs. I'll definitely return. It is very near the North Gate of the Old City walls so you can just walk to the places you want to go to. Everything you need is within the area. The toilets could use improvement, but they are not bad. Some parts of the room need a bit of cleaning, but they are still acceptable. Toilets could be cleaner to meet the expectation of other guests, I'm ok with the toilet though.

Good location within the city of Chiang Mai, close to the night market and 7/11. Nice little balcony that comes with the room. Staff was friendly and let us check in 1H before. Only offer to clean on request. Would only recommend if you want a cheap room with good location but dont mind a dirty room.. Room was very dirty, sheets smelled like they had not been changed and a very dirty bathroom. Bathroom had a weird smell, a lot of mold and holes in the wall. We did not mention anything to staff since we only stayed for a very short time.

No breakfast was available. The location is near the tourist attractions in Chiang Mai. The strict schedule of checking in the hotel. When booking a month before, I requested to check in earlier but they did not give any response.

Spacious room, big balcony. Great internet and a/c We only were there for a day before we moved into our apartment, but the beds seemed very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit grotty.
