The kids' room was a disappointment; it was not well-maintained. The AC is not working, and the toys look old. The swimming pool was good, but lacked a children's pool. The resort provides free transport to the city, which is a plus point, getting back to the resort from the city costs around 200.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very professional and more than willing to help. This property was outside the busy city area so a bit less noisy. Mosquitoes ? & the dark rooms were a bit depressing. Could use more than 2 hangers in closet. They hotel is showing it’s age and in need of some repairs. We had a room w/a plunge pool attached to other plunge pools. The jets were broken on ours and too many mosquitoes to even consider sitting in it.

Not much it had a lot of mosquito and the rooms were very out dated so I switched rooms to the newer side and the bed was rock hard The out dated rooms, mosquitos/nets, the rock hard bed and there was hair in my food

Very pleasantly surprised after reading negative review. Definitely Italy met and exceeded our expectations. Great value for very pleasant hotel, although we did not use Spa etc facilities. .

Nice resort has everything you could want A little tired and the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint otherwise ok Can still see flood damage which is a shame I hope they can restore Would stay agin
