Rooms were good for the price Receptionist grandma is rude and inattentive. Also there are problems with agoda booking where the booking numbers don't match with hers. She doesn't care and will not help you and just tells you that the room is not available. Location is very far away from center

Do not book here!! We booked a day or two in advance, our booking was accepted but when we turned up at the property at 8pm the lady who doesn’t speak English told us to go away they’re fully booked, they didn’t message us to warn us in advance, places should get fined for accepting bookings when fully booked. Not okay. Had to spend a few hours trying to find a place to stay and had to pay more We were not the only people this happened to there were a few others at the hotel just as confused

The room is very small and there are to much mosquitos room haveing no charging plug never come next time

free water was the only thing good about this place Staff didn’t speak english at all. The walls were greasy and nasty, bed and aircon noisy at night, construction going on in both rooms next to mine starting at 8 in the morning. No warm water. Everything is old. No sheet on the blankets. Never coming back. Worst place I’ve been in Thailand.

First of all, none of the water in our room worked - that was really bad… Next thing we asked the reception to have a taxi ready for us at 5am, so we could catch our flight. We then go there in the morning, and they didnt do it… So we had to rush to the airport and was late for our plane. Terrible experience, wouldnt recommend!
