The rooms are awesome. A lot of space for your luggage, and also space to hang out. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And the cafe downstairs is so good too.

Had parking and the girl from reception was helpfull getting to the hotel. It has kitchen and kettle They telephoned me to remind me the check in check out hours, which u already knew. Every time I walked to the hotel they asked me when was I checking out, the exact time. Annoying inspite of the reasons they had. The hotel is uncomfortable, the bed also, the mattress. bathrooms are too exposed and there’s biiiig steps go into. Lot of noise from the street

Modern design. Great location. Next door to lots of shops with Thai dried fruit and some pretty clothes boutiques. Good WiFi in the room. The room had comfy chairs with a small table next to a huge window with a beautiful view of the street. A towel and laundry weren’t included in the price of a night unlike at many other hostels in Chiang Mai.

Very clean, fantastic location for all the bars, coffee shops and shopping in Nimman. The staff were friendly and the hostel is very fresh and modern. Perfect for sole travellers and couples backpacking provided you can bear the noise. The mattresses were rock hard even by SE Asia standards, coupled with the fact there is no soundproofing from the bars, clubs and karaoke bars right outside. The noise was so bad, our beds were rattling from the bass and neither of us could sleep. If you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, this is not the pace for you.

Café in the same building, friendly people working at reception/cafe There is some dust and hair in showers/toilets and next to the bed. Very cold anonymous vibes - inadequate if you’re looking for social vibes. Nicely located in Nimman, however it’s quite loud at night from the live music pub and the big road next to the building. WiFi is not the best
