The wi-fi was cutting in and out.

Friendly staff. Clean room and quiet.

Very good for low-budget travelers. It was a surprisingly quiet place, even though it was near a busy tourist spot. I think the walls between rooms are very thin so I can hear the neighbors voices. And running water noises. I guess this place is good for who can sleep anyplace anywhere.

Everything was great

The rooms were quite run down, bathroom was not clean and in need of refurbishment.

You get what you pay for, the building is old so there isn’t sound insulation and you can hear street noise and noise from the hallway (especially if you have a room with windows), there is a slight damp/mold smell that goes away when you turn on the AC, the bathroom has a stronger mold smell, the king mattress is two twin mattresses next to eachother, and you can feel the springs on the mattress so it isn’t the most comfortable. But overall this place works well for a short stay and is great if you’re on a budget but want a private room & bathroom, just don’t expect it to be like a 5 star hotel

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything you need. The room has two beds, and both were comfortable. Hot shower is working. Host were very helpful and kind. N/A

Very clean and comfortable! Great for a long stay. Hopeful staff. Very close to many attractions and some 24/7 places. No complaints.

The people that work there are very nice. We enjoyed the staff.. As for the room, the bed bed was the least comfortable bed. I’ve ever slept on my entire life, and I’ve slept in some real bad places.. For the TV it was about the size of my computer screen very very small. My partners shower was extremely hot. Mine was cold very hard to make a warm shower. The room was extremely small. But I think the worst part of the entire room were the beds were just . If you want top rated reviews, then you need to figure out what you’re selling. You’re selling a room where people sleep so the bed needs to be extremely comfortable. The television needs to be adequate with what standards are. But again the people that work for were kind, nice and relaxing The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room was microscopic, and the TV was the size of my Laptop screen.

Amazing location, nice people.

Good central location, friendly staff and water cooler available. Room was decent sized with a wardrobe to put stuff. A/C worked well. Lots of tours to book with them and nice patio to enjoy a few drinks on. Room had a very strong mold smell and staff made sure to turn on a/c right away maybe to hide the smell? Bathroom was pretty small but not a huge deal.

I loved my stay here. It was my first stop in Thailand so I wanted to be comfortable. The location was great, right next to the old city and super close to many night markets. I really appreciate that the owner put in some effort to decorate the room, some pieces of art, and nice lamp. So many rooms in Thailand are just white walls, a mattress and one bright overheard light. I arrived late and the owner provided me with very clear instructions on how to get my key and check in. It was great to not have to stress about this after a long journey. There is also a cafe onsite, I didn’t eat there but it’s a nice convenient option. I would definitely stay again! Nothing, was great.
