Room was great No view looked into an AC nook

Staff Very Friendly, Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Pool was amazing. Gym very small but not a big deal.

Not a lot The manager, older guy with a bun breakfast was not good, WiFi was way too slow

Rooms well presented , staff very helpful Cooked food cold, not kept warm. Prevented me from having full breakfast as sausages, hash Brownes, stir fry , rice left and milk left for hours without heat.

It was clean , nice view , the picture represents the room . The location was good.

got a different room than in pictures and the refused to change me the room or cancel me the booking

The toilet did not flush properly. Which was not fun to deal with.

Staff helpful, friendly. Nice breakfast . Good location , pretty easy in north east corner of old town. I walked around to nite markets from here , and had a few excursions pick me up here. Really nice , nothing negative to say..

Everything was exactly what I needed! Bed was a little hard

The room was huge and very comfortable, and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was fabulous and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Receptionist didn't speak a lot of English. It was hard to communicate with them.

Mattresses are too hard

There was mosquitoes in the room & nothing to deter or stop them entering, needless to say my arms now have 25 bits in total

Great location, big room and great value for money The shower has temperature issue like what people described in other reviews. In addition, we used laundry service and they lost 2 socks.

Great location and spacious accommodation with a good breakfast to boot. Same day laundry service (for a fee) is available as well as a laundry mat nearby. Cash machine right in front. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again !

Personal was very kind, also available for small talk. When my room had some technical difficulties they were quick in repairing it. It was less luxurious that some other hotels ive been in, but no less pleasant by all means. It would have been nice if i were offerent another room while my airco was being repaired. But to be fair, there was no night where i was left uncomfortable temperature wise. So in the end, my stay nor my vacation were impacted and they did act fast and appropriate.

The location was amazing and we could walk pretty much the entire old town (within the moat of the city). We loved our room, which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was lovely, but a bit too chilly for us to use in the evening. It also had a nice little garden off the pool and as birdwatchers we were delighted to see some unfamiliar birds each morning there! My only caveat is that there was a sign in the bathroom advising us not to flush the toilet paper and to throw it away in the trash bin by the toilet. I realize this is something necessary due to the types of pipes, so it isn't a knock on the hotel in any way. Just something that we weren't quite prepared for. We had the room cleaned each day and didn't notice any smell.

Got the deal with great discount, did not expect to find a room so large with that much facilities (large Smart TV, bathtub, dedicated parking. The hotel is located in the center of the old town which is quite nice. Breakfast while not anything fancy is decent. Overall, the deal was great. The street in which hotel situated is very narrow and very easy to miss which I did and have to drive around to get back, so best for walking (but hotel does have parking lot).

Breakfast… The variety was very less

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was good and plenty hot water. The balcony for my room wasn't really a balcony, had to leave my room and go across the hall to sit which had a close up view of a shed roof.
