Highly recommended

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff does not care about fixing issues with rooms and books them with existing problems. My room was filthy, the carpet was grimy and needed a deep clean. There was a large crack running though the tile in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was disgusting and needed cleaning. The AC unit did not work in my room and it was at 85 degrees the whole time.

We never got to stay here. When we went to check in the sign said "No Rooms Available"

the tub was nasty and filthy a ring a black ring around the tub and towel. the room wasn't touched at all. the bathroom didn't had property lighting in it at all. the rug was filthy and nasty. the air conditioner was molded inside dusty and dirty. black mold around the room and big cockroach bugs in the room. I want a full refund of my stay I would never visit a filthy motel this filthy motel ever again.

We never checked in because despite having a fully paid reservation they refused us at the lobby saying there were no rooms. We still haven't received our refund either from expedia or them

I swear to god that's the last motel i will ever try. Staff rude no tv no heat or air conditioner plus the bed bugs. I frosted the whole night. I deserve a full refund

It was overbooked

Absolutely nothing! It was dirty the sheets were dirty the floor was dirty it was trash all under the bed the bathroom was not cleaned it was used soap and wrappers it the the towels smelt dirty and the cleaning man walked in on me while I was bitt naked and I feared for my life the rest of my stay I couldn’t sleep I tried to complain and get my money back but they said it was non refundable even with all of the mishaps I had to endure while trying to have a peaceful stay! I hated my entire stay!

I paid for a room, just to find out that my room was sold to someone else that came there and paid them more.

Everything. The place is not well kept. The management should be made to properly run the hotel or remove them from your platform. The smell of smoke everywhere. I only stayed for less than an hour and left instead of sleeping overnight. A waste of $

Their customer service has improved DRAMATICALLY since the last time I stayed here. The older black woman working the front desk was quick, courteous and efficient.

No microwave or fridge and only 1 light at the night stand
