A/C didn't work, didn't have any Wi-Fi asked for room service and they didn't clean or vacuum the room, they just added clean towels. Maintenance came to fix Wi-Fi he said it would be on in 10mins which never happened to A/C would come on then shut down for a hr or more. Was there for 4 day and had events in Chicago all 4 days and everyday I got back to my room it was a problem and to late for maintenance to do anything I would be told that they'll fix it tomorrow, which never happened. I would never stay at this property again i it's a total waste of money.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was fantastic! It did take about 10 minutes for anyone to come check us in, but we can't assume there wasn't something else going on we didn't know about.

I had the most comfortable stay here, the front desk was so kind and generous every time I called asked for anything I am so grateful to them for making my stay so nice, I never do reviews but this was my birthday weekend and they went above and beyond

(2) Air condition in the room wasn't working well, so we were hot (3) This property seems to attract a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot, smoking and using indescent language, could appear as loitering. Not a good luck for a hotel that just renovated and has the Hilton brand attached to it. (4) The restaurant is not really up to par, loud tv's playing behind your sitting booth, seems not well thought out. Just not welcoming. (5) This review is being done mid August of 2026 - there were no pool. It was covered (6) The beds were comfortable but beware like #3 above we had some rowdy loud talking folks chatting in the hallway 11pm to mid night. We call the front desk to address it, which was done promptly and they disappeared. (7) In short, will not go back there. Would not recommend!! Btw, the ice machine was down the two days were were there.

They had a nice shuttle with a friendly driver. Friendly staff overall. That was the positive amenities. WiFi was terrible. As in I never got it. I could never reach the front desk via phone. And the room just smelled damp and humid. Lastly, no real bathroom light. Only a lit bathroom mirror. My partner hated it because she could not see to do her makeup. We were in a 1st floor room.

The location was great and Ivan in the front desk was excellent customer service representative The female staff that was there earlier was very short and not so inviting like Ivan was. The extra charge for the parking as a guest at the property is outrageous I think for the amount I paid for the room then having to pay for parking. Also the breakfast being $17 extra per person for that much I just ended up going to IHOP instead pretty disappointed. The room that I stayed in 115 was pretty dirty on the inside of the door for the bathroom and the lighting was not the greatest in the bathroom itself. Room was pretty decent. One of the beds had stains in the sheets from previous days or from something else.

The WiFi didn’t work well. Front desk staff could be kinder.

The pool was not available while we were there but we didnt have time to use it anyway, we were in town for a concert at soldier field. It was close to the train station so we were able to quickly drive and park and take the L to the concert.
