The rooms were very clean
-
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Sketchy area, sketchy parking. Next time I’m in Chicago, I probably wouldn’t stay here again
-
I asked for an early check in and it’s was pretty early and I was allowed to check in before time

The property is clean and quiet. The front desk staff was nice. The hotel was very disorganized though. I was checked into someone else’s room. My key open the door to a room with other people’s belongings.Went back down and was assigned a new room. Front desk staff mentioned, they accidentally assigned others to already occupied rooms twice that day before me. Early the next morning housekeeping was knocking aggressively on my door asking if I was checking out ( this was at 8:00 am well before 11 am check out). Happened the early the next morning too. Both days I had the do not disturb sign on my door. Seems as if hotel has a hard time tracking who is staying where and for how long.

There was a moldy smell in my room when I entered it. Thought it may have been bathroom water, but later figured out that the a/c unit was leaking onto the carpet. I let the night desk person know. She was very dismissive & said there was nothing that she could do about it because they were sold out. I asked if there was another affiliated hotel that I could be moved to in the area. She said they are all sold out. I asked how did she know that and she couldn’t answer. I called hotels.com and she would not answer the phone when they called the front desk. Next morning I speak with the morning desk mgr and she was very accommodating and said that I would be moved when I returned that evening from my conference. I get back that evening, the night desk person is back again. I ask for another room key after waiting for 25min on her to get back to her post. She tells me that they are sold out again and she didn’t have a message from the am team. I give her the lady’s name then she calls her. After speaking with her mgr she asks me if I have been back up to my room, I say no. She said they fixed the unit. I say that still doesn’t change the mold smell in the carpet. She then asks me to go up and check it. I tell her no, she needs to do that if she doesn’t believe me or her boss. She gos up after I refuse. Comes back and all of a sudden she has a room that I can be moved to. Terrible customer service from the night front desk person!!!

The staff greeted me upon entrance, and checked me in earlier. The Bartender Alexis was very nice and attentive.

No luggage carts, elevator broke and shower didn’t work on our last day of our stay.
-
Clean room and nice staff
-
I appreciated the location there was lots of places near by for me to walk to and eat or shop
-
it was okay
-
The staff were great and accommodating. Room was clean but not hot water coming out of the sink. Shower was warm but not hot. You have to request room service or they won't come. Biggest con is having to pay $23/day to park.

Worth the price, about 45 mins from DCA
-
Check in was easy and staff was friendly.

The lady at the front desk upon arrival was not very friendly. We apparently interrupted her dinner and she was not pleased. We selected this hotel because they had transportation to the airport. However, she told us that it was not available until 10 AM. We ended up ordering Ubers however, the gentleman (very helpful and pleasant) who worked the morning shift alerted us that all we had to do was order pick up for our early flight. Therefore, the lady who worked the evening before was not very helpful, did not tell us about the early transportation and caused us additional cost.

Really enjoyed the hotel very comfortable
-
Took more than two hours to check in due to an employee mistake. Unable to talk to manager. Not help at desk during checkout. Pay for parking was muncher higher for this area and well above other close hotels of higher caliber.
-
Room was clean with a good sized bed!
-
Definitely overpriced Hotel.
