Hyatt Place Chicago Midway Airport

This is hands down the best airport hotel we've ever stayed in. I cannot recommend it enough.

I appreciate the room had an additional sitting area space and offers a free continental breaksfast which is a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

All was good. The only thing missing was toothpaste in our room. And microwaves in room would have been a good bonus for leftovers from outings. Other than that, our stay was pleasant, the staff was helpful, the building was immaculate and the shuttle to and from airport, was a HUGE bonus.

Great hotel

The staff were so pleasant and accomodating and helpful. We were standed without our luggage and they gave is toothbrushes and explained all the ammenities. The only one of which we used was the shuttle. They helped us figure out how to use the tv. Their courtesy helpes make a bad situation better

Under staffed!! Pool was a bit cold.

Angela at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to anywhere we wanted to go.

Because of its proximity to the airport, the provided shuttle was very convenient since we arrived past midnight. The receptionist however was not as hospitable as he should be. We asked if there are any bottled water available because my kids were thirsty, he just pointed us to a bottle refillable station some hallway away. I guess the labeled water bottle beside him are reserved 😳.. I could buy it, if he tells me its for sale. This thing mattered if you came in late at night, tired and you have family.

Loved the check out time at noon which was wonderful!

Cleaned , fresh towel . Than second day we got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to come.

I liked everything about our stay. The breakfast, room and staff were a delight.

It had a big parking lot, farther away from all the busy traffic, everyone was friendly, I like the security of having to scan your room card to go from the lobby made me feel safer. My kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great loved that fresh food was brought out through out for the people who didn’t wake up right at 6am. It was overall a really great place to stay definitely would stay again. Also the property was only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago which was why we were there. Nothing

We love this hotel! The location is great with the airport shuttle and the airport courtyard has a lot of options in walking distance so we never have to rent a car. The rooms are great, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic hotel breakfast but the hotel has a lot of seating options for a couple. N/A
