Location Filthy. Floor popping up. Tripped and about busted my head. Got up to go to the office and I was locked in the room. Towels are absolutely gross. Bring your own.

Room was not clean and had questionable stains on the bed i had to sleep on a towel from how dirty the sheets where, even though i was in a non smoking room it smelled like smoke, i wouldn’t come back, even outside there where street workers and our curtains where broken so we couldn’t even have privacy and the bathroom door didn’t even lock.

The place was not clean, bad smell

This hotel was atrocious. I walked out after 5 minutes. I am a single male, traveling solo, and I did not feel safe staying here. Horrible condition. Smoke smell, dirty bathroom, cracked walls. Weird vibes from the staff.

I did not like the fact it said no smoking but you could clearly smell the smoke in there. The tub had hair in it and felt unclean which was a disappointment. The lighting was not warm but harsh.

Place was about as expected. Room was fine for the price. My room faced the major road out front and traffic all night made sleeping a challenge.

Im not usually *too* picky about the places I stay, but functioning air conditioning and some wall outlets near the bed is usually all I ask for, something this place wasnt able to accommodate. The walls and floor were crusty, the door to the bathroom was warped and had broken wood sticking out, and the only two outlets in the room were opposite the bed. The staff being friendly and courteous was the only redeeming quality of this dump. I get that it was Lalapalooza weekend (not the reason I went but I digress) but 200 a night for that is genuinely absurd. I know that this place just pushes out ai generated responses to reviews so I cant wait to see what ChatGPT has to say about this.

The free shuttle advertised on their website is a straight up lie. Couple that with a street light shining directly in the windows - which only have blinds, not curtains - and it was a very frustrating experience

Staff was nice but the place is really a dump. Ok if everything else is sold out and u have nowhere to go outside the airport. That’s why we ended up there…

first rule of NO SMOKING its not follow i was first assing to room #48 the minute i open cigarette smell was the welcome call ,,,i when to office they took me to 2nd room # 54 was a little better same smoke oddor but it was to late 1;am for me to cancel

First of all, the cigarette smoke was unbearable. Apparently this is one of the last hotels in Illinois where you can still smoke indoors. When they say “designated smoking area” what they mean is you might as well be clam baking in your room. To make matters worse; it was in the 90s and the central air didn’t work. I went to the desk to talk to someone about it… they gave me a fan and some air freshener. Aside from that, the room was filthy me the door looked like something was chewing through the bottom of the door. I stayed 2 nights, was supposed to be 3, but the smell and heat got to me. They said they would “possibly” issue a refund for the third night, but as of this posting have not. While it may be the cheapest hotel in the area… I would have been better off sleeping in my car. It was THAT bad.
