Comfy beds. Centrally located and within walking distance to downtown. The staff (particularly Terri) were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Typically I prefer hotels over motels, but this was hands down one of the best motels I’ve stayed at.

Nice, big room & bathroom, comfy bed, recently renovated nicely done. Great ac. Was quiet, a convenient downtown location & great value. Breakfast was minimal, coffee could be better, but Dutch Brothers 1 block away. Parking is limited. Will stay again.

Well kept property in the heart of Chico. Clean rooms - small but nice pool area. Breakfast was not great; we waited for refills on everything and the selection wasn’t there.

Friendly helpful front desk, room was just perfect, clean and updated. Breakfast could be better, but overall was fine.

Close to most of what we needed. First room smelled like mold and weird cleaner. Second room had hairs in the bed and smelled like cigarettes. Third room finally smelled ok, had no hairs, but needed a bug exterminator as we had ants in the room. Mostly in the bathroom, oh and a spider and other bugs. Thankful the night staff helped us out, but we were very unhappy to be dealing with that with a child after driving a long time.

Location was great. Breakfast was really good. Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. There wasn't anything I can complain about.
