Great price I paid. I was just there to sleep for the night.

Besides the price which is very reasonable. Each time that we travel to Chico, always stay at this motel. I find the staff friendly and plenty of parking and the rooms are always clean. Next time we are in Chico our #1 Choice.

Honestly, for $180 a night I should have slept in my car. The rooms are outdated, the sheets are smelly, the towels are small, thin and smelly and the fridge was not working. I will not stay here again. I wanted to be close to the University for my daughter’s graduation, but I think going further out would have been cheaper and for better hotel.

The past reviews must have been made quite some time ago. After reading the reviews, I had concerns, but for the Family weekend at CSUC, all rooms were booked and expensive, costing $250-350 per night. Town House HAD a room, and the rate was $75. The only review point I found applicable was the towels - they were worn and thin, clean but dingy. (I brought my own just in case) and used it. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the management was helpful and kind. If you're looking for perfection in everything, this will not meet that expectation. Some paint here or there, or a plug socket not straight up and down, might be noticeable, but it was a nice room for a night, and I got a restful sleep. Also, there's a nice Italian restaurant right across the street with good food. I'd stay again. Needs better towels.
