The hotel is next to the bus terminal which is very convenient. I also liked the cleanliness of the room and overall hotel. The staff was also very nice. The hotel is next to the bus terminal which can be very noisy, especially at night. I wish I had known my room was going to be ground level with a view to the street. I think if I were able to get a room on the other side of the building or upper level, the noise would have been a bit more tolerable.

Found bed bugs in our room, got transferred to another and found roaches. I was told the hotel was being fumigated and they were not phased about me finding bed bugs and roaches.

Great location...nest to bus station Hotel very secure and clean. Good value. As an english only speaking traveler...difficult to communicate. Had some issues with TV being reset. Breakfast included..limited.

i liked that it was right by the bus station since we arrived with so much luggage! it was very basic and tight! we were expecting a little more for a hotel in Mexico!
