Great location in Pattaya, close to bars, Soi 6, and nightlife. Also near the beach and restaurants. Still quiet at night and felt private. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room and facilities were a bit basic and could be improved.

Children and Guests very noisy in the pool area until late and after pool close time

Nothing to like. Maybe just that there is bigC nearby. The hotel is very old. The room is dated. The furniture is old and need a lot of repairs. The sheets are stained and torn. Tv works only on some shopping channels. Tiles in the pool are broken. Bathroom is horrible.

It was local to a Big C store and in a quiet area Plug sockets weren't great, I had to keep moving the plug to indicate that my phone was charging. The toilet seat was only just hanging on, very loose & wouldn't stay up. The receptionist needs to go on a customer service course, she seems like she hates her job. Asked if I wanted breakfast, asked what they did vegan "Nothing" Thought Thailand was the land of smiles? Someone needs to tell the receptionist. Charged 40 bhat for 2 bottles of water that I thought were supposed to be free.

Location wise is good for walking to main streets and a block walking to Terminal 21 and a mile away from the beach walking. Shower doesn’t have a fan which could create less breathing while showing .

Location is ok, a little noisy at times due to neighbouring disco. Room and pool acceptable for monies paid. Clean, and fairly spacious room. Total confusion over breakfast status. The letter confirming free braekfast si apparently generic, and sent to all, regardless of entitlement status. All in all, as expected for the room rate charged.

If you are late at checkout like 20 minutes then you have to pay 100 bahts.

Room and pool We stayed for 3 days with no WiFi as travelers who needed WiFi the most. The breakfast is sad, couldn’t be served in the room, not very accommodating staff, not even friendly.

This is one of my best stays in Pattaya. Room is basic but so comfortable! The size is ok. The locasion is great! Close to Central marina and terminal 21. Not too far from the beach. Breakfast is not buffet breakfast but tasty and you have variety to choose. It needs pre-order. You order in the evening and in the morning they give you what you've chosen Swimming pool is another issue I want to praise. Big, clean and wonderful. On my way back I'll book the same hotel Nothing

No chairs in the room. No desk in the room. The steps entering the pool were extremely slippery and there was no handrail.
