Handy quite clean friendly stayed a extra few nights Not much.i was 99% sure I booked a balcony room but didn't get one. Not to happy about that couldn't be annoyed talking about it so left it room was on second floor so was happy about that

No soap for washing hands at the sink. You almost need to be a contortionist to access the toilet paper roll dispenser.

Good location near the nightlife but room quiet, room was clean and cleaned every day.. WiFi and Aircon worked fine.. Bed whilst not super soft was comfortable. No lift so if you happen to have mobility problems this could be an issue for you .

The staff are always happy to please and pleasant to deal with. The property is well situated on a short side street which provides excellent access to transportation. I would stay here again. I was on the fourth floor with no elevator. It's good I have no problem with stairs. The bed is firm, bordering on hard. I would have preferred a bit softer.

too loud at night, no noise insulation at all. the pillows are too high and stiff. I didn't loose it but if you do they charge you 400 baht for the keyboard which is ridiculous. they cost less than 5 baht to buy on the market...

The stairs are not easy to climb and closed glass door at entrance is anoying

Reception and cleaning staff were always respectful and professional. They were eager to help with any request. The room was spacious and adequate. Free bottles of water daily was a nice service. The steps were narrow going up to the second floor. The ceiling light continued to flicker off and on, but not a serious problem

It’s just a great place, super clean, very comfortable, friendly staff and housekeeping, extremely good maintenance. Nearly no parking options. Zero WiFi. I need WiFi so I changed rooms, changed logins but nothing helps. 70% of the time so slow you can’t even watch YouTube, the other 30% it’s totally down.
