I was told I had to pay 100 baht for using the pool on July 24th. Extra fees were not listed on original booking.com website. On July 25th the hitel staff refused to recognize that I had a paid informed booking at the hotel from Juky 25th to July 29th. Dhe called the police in Pattaya and the police told me I had to leave. Confirmation number 551 486 3863. I called customer service and I gave her my name. She asked for the confirmation number however when I asked her to persuade the hotel to accept my reservation at Ekaluk Place Inn in Pattaya, she hung up. I asked for an email address so I could send her an email with the confirmation number. She just hung up. My reservation that I paid for July 25 to July 29 was not accepted by the hotel staff. The hotel staff called the police and the police forced me leave even though i had a confirmed paid reservation from July 25 to July 29.

I changed the room 4 times. Every room has different issues. Hot water, flush problems. Ac problems

Everywhere was full with the dust. It is a cheap option I accept but the massive dust is not acceptable at all!! I cleaned around the fridge, shelves, top of the beds and the mirror in the bathroom by myself to sleep with better feeling. It was not one day dust, we were able to see the gray color on the stuff. I stayed in cheaper but cleaner places before for sure!

It was cheap and there was a smart tv The wifi was bad, the charge to go in the pool was 100 baht per person so no deposit back, the fridge was unplug for a while and when I opened it , it poured dirty water all over and the room smelled like shit. The bed was absolutely good for garbage, seem like too many people dropped on it they is a hole on one side.

Very bad experience. I had to take a new hotel so much this one was horrible. Ants everywhere, insects, a foul smell, unworthy toilets and showers. An uncomfortable bed with springs that come out. Nothing.

2. Quiet location but Old AC noise so no meaning. 3. I can run to abprachan every day and back by green baht bus. Try. try. Only 8Km There are amazing forest smells there. 4. Very near coin water machine. + they give 2 waeer bottle daily+ 2 coffee stick. 7 days I got 12 coffees. ? 1. Not allowed cancellation. 2. Broken AC down wing(Cold wind comes directly to body) + Extremely noisy(including quiet mode). 3. Broken door. 4. The balcony door is not locked - I fixed it by screw driver. 5. Day manager seems very tired and not interested in work at all. 6. show pipe to water heating machine is damaged. When I turn on the shower and half out of the pipe. So, No cancellation and I have to be here.... sadly...

swimming pool is cute, room is cute I have been to many 4 star hotels but I can assure you that this is not a 4 star hotel. But it is a guest house with a swimming pool. There is no sign on the hotel. There are no signs in English indicating the hotel. The road to get to the hotel is devoid of any shops, small, dark, lost in thin air and without signs.
