Clean, quiet, friendly staff, pool service and good value versus the service. I will come to stay here again when I come to Tailand next time Motor driver seemed unfamiliar with the location and sent me to a wrong place, I had to struggle back to the right address

Dear Customer Service. I booked my reservation from Bangladesh and paid by card during the booking process. However, upon arrival, the hotel requested payment in cash, which was unclear since my payment was already processed by card. Due to this confusion, we had to wait more than two hours to resolve the payment issue, which unfortunately spoiled our tour plan in Pattaya as we were staying only for one night. Please review this matter and ensure better clarity in payment policies to avoid inconvenience for future guests. Thank you for your attention. Fraudulent Driver Incident: We faced a situation where a driver charged us 230 Baht extra for the hotel location. I reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any support. I hope these points will be considered to improve service quality and guest satisfaction in the future. Thank you for your attention.

This resort is a really nice and welcoming place, with a huge lobby, restaurant, and renovated clean pool. Room itself is simple but clean with comfy beds. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for staying there! I been here twice already, and would stay there again in the future. The Sanctuary of Truth temple is not far from here, also the Wongamat beach offers the right water-activities, and restaurants with excellent food. The only thing here is the location, the North Bus Terminal is not far from here, however the beach is around 2 km from this resort. But if you come to Pattaya, renting a motorbike is a must. It is very easy to reach the beach with a scooter. The only thing here is the location, the North Bus Terminal is not far from here, however the beach is around 2 km from this resort. I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a variety of options. I also really enjoyed the large swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! Nothing

A very good stay the facilities were very good, swimming pool was very nice, bed very comfortable. I usually travel by Bolt Taxi which is very good and the hotel is well located for easy road access to the entertainment and food areas. The Hotel has 5 floors easy access by lift. No free coffees with the kettle in the room was a little surprising but minor really.

Good quality accommodation in a quiet area. If you have own transportation then it is a perfect place. Public transportation is far away.
