The room was a good size, good AC, and great staff at the front desk. I lost my phone in a taxi and the two ladies at the front desk helped me track down the driver thru my Ipad and BOLT app, I was very thankful for their help.

I liked the hotel staff. They were very accommodating and nice. They allowed us to check in early without an additional fee. The location is within walking distance of Big C Supermarket and other eateries. It is also peaceful and away from the noisy bars.

Excellent location in a quiet street. Conveniently located next to 2 huge supermarket and a 7-11 around the corner. Aunty had reception goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Room is cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided as opposed to other properties. I prefer slightly firmer beds so this mattress was very comfortable for me. Room size is very spacious and includes a sofa by the window. At check-in it was explained to me as to what items from the minibar would be free or for purchase. Had an issue the first night in the upgraded room. Sleep comes very difficult to me so to be woken up just because the AC had a mind of its own and had switched off automatically was very uncomfortable, annoying, and frustrating after traveling for more than 20 hours. As the compressor wouldn’t switch on again had to call reception in the middle of the night but she was helpful as by changing the remote may have fixed the issue for the moment but nevertheless I asked for a room change and was provided the same in the morning. The brightness of the lights in the bathroom could be much better.

If they can be a little flexible with the check in time. For example, if the rooms are ready allow the guests to check in a little early.

Rooms are large enough, clean, with enough amenities. Especially for the price. Some of the rooms have some space for improvement but it's mostly nitpicks.

It was realky comforrable room , I did like the size of the bed and for me was comfy too . It was a kettle in a room and a fridge .Everything was clean Breakfas was amazing and staff was really nice and polite .Swimming pool on a rooftop was nice too A bit far from the center , but I did like it , because was quiet .

Love this place have stayed in it before few years ago it hasn't changed staff are nicest of any hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. Breakfast was good before it a was buffet now i think 5 or 6 sets to choose from. Fruit cereals juice coffee tea toast perfect. Nothing really .little walking to do.but this suited me I love to walk.it easy to book bolt taxi cheap. Very quiet area few minutes Walk to Big C extra shopping.foodland shopping at the corner 1 minute lots of food from round the world and Thai day time restaurant cheap

The hotel was great in every way. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were always helpful and smiling. The location of the hotel was ideal for me, because it was outside the busy center and at the same time still close so that I didn't have to deal with complicated transportation. I would definitely come back here.
