It’s on the outskirts of all the action but still within walking distance. That’s nice. 7-11 and food very close to the hotel. There’s a nightclub nearby and you can hear the music deep into the night. Nothing a pair of earplugs won’t fix, though I didn’t need them.

The staff were fantastic. The rooms were a little small with very little privacy in the bathroom

Rooftop pool with great sunset views. Mini-fridge pre- stocked for reasonable purchase prices. Front desk people were very attentive. Laundry service was reasonably priced. The location was great and close to Beach Rd activities. TV had tons of local stations but no ability to use your own streaming services(ie Netflix, Prime, etc)

The pool and view were nice far from the center, terrace and seating area closes very early. They took a deposit even though it said no deposit. breakfast ends very early and is very poor. not a hotel to be preferred at these prices.

The hallway smells like wet dog. The hallways are dark and airy. The hotel is located near a munch of pubs, clubs and there was a brothel house right next door. The lobby is kinda dark and not well lit. Everything in the room feels sticky and the room smells like cigarettes. Although people aren’t allowed to smoke inside the hotel.

The bar and rooftop was nice It was not clean and not to our standards. They will charge for everything. Staff were ok not friendly. Our room felt just not clean, stains on the wall and it was really outdated

Big spacious comfortable bed. Large swimming pool and good fitness center. Location was also good. Unfriendly reception staff. Early check in that we were entitled to as Genius members not honoured. Check in was late. Room cleaning did not make beds or replenish supplies. Room faced west towards beach and was loud with music from 10pm to 6am with loud bass. We had adjoining rooms separated by doors and could hear guests having $ex. Wifi was TERRIBLE and had to stand in the hallway for reception (could not get work done). Really not a 4 star experience and we've had better much better stays at 3 star accomodation.
