The only positive aspect was the location. Apart from that, the property did not meet expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was significantly overpriced compared to other properties in the same category. Communication was difficult because the front desk staff had very limited English proficiency, making it challenging to explain requests or resolve issues. There appeared to be only two staff members available, both stationed at the front desk. While they were polite, they lacked the experience and capability to effectively handle guest concerns or provide the level of service expected from a hotel at this price point. The biggest issue was the room temperature. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the stay. This made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. I had booked and prepaid a non-refundable three-night stay. However, the overall experience was so disappointing that I could not bring myself to stay beyond the first night, despite having already paid for all three nights. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection, quality, and presentation were far below expectations. In fact, skipping the breakfast turned out to be the best decision I made during my stay. Overall, the property did not provide the level of comfort, service, or value that would justify its rates. The combination of poor air conditioning, communication difficulties, inexperienced staff, disappointing breakfast, and the general lack of a welcoming atmosphere made the stay far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

NOTHING Safe was locked and staff unsure when they could get opened. Lights above the bed would not switch off, staff member did not care. Requested a double bed but got two singles pushed together you could feel the join and the space between Did not stay the full time only stayed one night ended up booking another hotel which was an unexpected expense. Hotel really tired and not to clean

It was a lavish accommodation for a beautiful location. There was not one thing that I didn't like. Maybe they could have given me a few more coffee saches or something ?. But then there was that sumptuous breakfast. Nothing.
