Location is excellent. Staff that took us to and from our villa were wonderful. The pool staff was nice and kept us informed about our ride back to the villa since it was taking a very long time. The staff also notified us of dogs that stealing shoes which was helpful. Being very close to the gate to the beach was nice. This side of the beach was nicer than going forget south. The beds are horrible. AC wasn't working properly in the room, filters were full of grime and bugs. The shower drain doesn't drain properly and creates a musty smell in the bathroom. The kitchenette sink faucet is loose and leaks. The grounds near the lobby are nice but the rest look like a jungle, needs to be manicured near the villas, and there's a lot of dead grass. The buffet was mid, not as sanitary as I would have liked the way their set up is. And there are a lot of flies flying on and around food. They only gave 2 flat pillows per king bed. When asked for additional pillows they want to charge per pillow!!!! When I went to visit a family member in their suite near the lobby, they had 4 pillows on their king bed and said that's how it was. You're paying more for the villas but I would avoid them next time. Not worth the extra money. Stick with the main hotel rooms, they're probably better. The pool was outdated and in need of repair. I would not say that the kid area is very kid safe although kid friendly. Umbrella was broken and drinks sold there are not very cold. No alcoholic beverages sold by the pool.

Bungalow amidst nature in a nice land with beautiful trees at short distance from the beach a bit pricey for a long stay like 1 week or 10 days

we stayed in a house with a nice garden and beautiful trees no small towels.

Bathroom sink is clogged. Bit smelly in the toilet room. But its okay.

The location and the staff were very good. The bungalow was dated and needed some maintenance. If it could talk it would tell you how worn out and tired it was. The grounds were not any better. I'm sure back in the day it was great, but not so much now.

Bathroom had recent renovation but was a bit rough and took a shine off a lovely place. We booked the inclusive dinner menu, this was at a local restaurant that served local food. We would have been better to explore different places each night.

Good everythings Room’s smell when we first come inside a room

Breakfast was fine. Location to the beach was super, very close. Amenities such as 7-11 nearby. Pool looked nice but no dogs allowed so we didn't go. Our villa simply wasn't comfortable. There were two tiny cushions for our long sofa, so we couldn't even lie down on it to relax. Instead of a nice garden table and chairs, we got a concrete bench and table. Super uncomfortable. There was zero privacy, with no real grass or much shade in the 'garden'. The garden consisted of sand, and there was trash around. The bathroom was VERY dirty, with water spots all over the mirror, hair on the floor, and clogged sinks in both the shower and sink. The door leading to the outside didn't seal properly so mosquitoes and hot air could get in, and the ACs were old and not quite up to the task of keeping the villa cool. The villa was dated, a bit old. We paid extra for our dog to stay with us and the hotel did not provide ANYTHING. No water bowl, no bed, no puppy pads, not even a little treat. She gets better treatment at restaurants! We decided to change villas because ours was gross and the next one wasn't much better. We left two days early because we really weren't enjoying ourselves and no one asked why! We were very very sad by the lack of customer service.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. No lift.

Room was really not good and it have so many mosquitoes and looks like 1 start room . Bathroom was also very old and not good condition.

Last day water was coming brown with what appears to be mud. They did not do anything about it until I checked out the next day and the clerk didn’t even understand what I was saying and said “everything ok, thank you”

The pool with water park is excellent, especially for children.
