This property has all the amenities you need. You can literally stay in enjoy the pool, the gym and the really nice upscale rooms. The staff is very good as upkeeping your room. I was shocked.

Property location Staff is somewhat decent, services in hotel are very poor, everything that maybe required for travelers for a hotel are more or less not available and whatever is required in form of service, is charged extra for eg. Getting your food heated(150Baht). When I checked out, a minor food stain and a color change which was on the bedsheet by default was tried to put on us by the hotel staff saying that I caused it. Another very insensitive situation that popped when I checked out was the staff tried to rip us off 660 baht saying that they gave us 4 towels and the room upon check had only 3. They tried to frame us for taking one towel with us and after refusing to pay upfront 660 baht, they threatened us with action via immigration. Thankfully I didn’t pay any security deposit and left without any extra fees to them. In short - NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

Location was extremely disappointed with my stay at Mytt Hotel. The pictures online looked great, but the reality was very different. The hallways were hot with no air conditioning, and even after I mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to fix the issue. The pool was also ice cold and not enjoyable to use. When I checked out, I left the room very clean and organized. However, I was charged $16 for a “dirty” towel because my girlfriend’s makeup allegedly ruined it. They said they had to do extra laundry, which felt unreasonable and petty. Given the lack of basic comfort and the unexpected charge, I believe a refund is justified. I am formally requesting to be refunded for this stay.

Staff are very helpful , but when i checking in on 22 January they took 5000 phat from my visa as insurance and they told me when i checked out at 7 February that the room is ok and hotel we’ll return my money back with in 5 days , tell now I didn’t get my money back ! And im very disappointed about it. Ac to working good , i didn’t yet get my insurance money that the hotel hold in my visa , although idid check out 2 weeks ago.

Everything! It was really great. The staff was super friendly, fast and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. Really great pool and great location. Easy walk to beach, shopping and food. Air worked great. Really fast wifi. I used my fire tv stick with no issues Nothing really. Not a fan of the safe. Doesn't feel secure.

The room was excellent.. evry thing was very clean, the house keeping were doing a very good job and the stuff was very friendly also the breakfast buffet was good ... I recommend the place for those how are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. May be some noise from the street specially for these rooms on the main street .
