The central location is great, and we got a room with river view. The room we got initially was not in good condition (there was mold on the floor and also some walls were dirty) we addressed this to the reception and immediately they offered us another room which was in a much better condition. The breakfast buffet is not for international travelers and is located in the garage, so it is a bit weird. Also, some of the electricity sockets in the room were not functioning.

The location of the hotel is right on the river and right next door to a major tourist attraction. Get a room with a view if you can, the evening lights are beautiful. The staff do not speak English, mostly Chinese tourists use this hotel, however they are young and quick to use a translator app so it was fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also really loved the extensive breakfast buffet. There was a huge assortment of both Chinese and Western offerings and it was all really delicious. It was definitely a good value for the money. This is not the place for you if you are looking to hang out in common areas. It's more like a Western hotel in that respect. We also had a snafu between Booking.com and the hotel when we changed the date of our reservation. When we got there, the reservation showed up as cancelled so we had to book a more expensive room for the first night. Booking.com was not helpful in sorting this out.

Primarily the location right above all the beautiful lights area, near lots of nice venues, the staff were incredible they make sure that all your needs were satisfied, my room very clean and comfortable The arrival unfortunately the hotel do not have frontage area to park, the taxi park on the street, but manageable

The hotel location at the Hongyadong, so really easy to get there. The staff really amazing and kind, really helpful. The room clean and quite modern designs and the bathroom quite spacious.

Close to Hongyadong centre, close to MRT (450 m). New hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel had free laundry facilities. Can't accept payment by using international card (visa/ master). Lucky that we had money in Alipay. Suggest if you want to book in this hotel, you should prepayment.
