We absolutely loved the breakfast. The variety was incredible. It was a short 5 minute walk to the metro. The room and hotel in general is very clean. A bit pricey but worth the extra for the breakfast buffet alone. It would be nice for a hotel of this size to have an English speaker available for answering questions about Chongqing tourist attractions.

The staff was very helpful with arranging our needs for Didi's travel. Especially for the last day, my wife was drunk because of baijiu and need an emergency care for hospitals and the manager was keen to assist quickly and they did not even charged the dirty towels (of vomits). Thank you so much , I really appreciate your kind assistance during our stay

Receptionists are not professional. Because, they supposed to deliver mail to me. I went there to make an inquiry still they didn't know.

Breakfast had variety and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly Reception staff was not so welcoming and did not show willingness to be helpful and friendly.Room was very small and had two small beds for a 4 person room.Each bed could only fit one person as they were single beds.Room was very small.Location is a bit far from the main streets.

The location, once we found it (it’s a little hidden behind other buildings) was fantastic. Close to metro and all the sights of Chongqing. Extremely comfortable room and bed, with great block-out curtains and good ac. We slept very well! Very good breakfast included. As with many large hotel chains, the decor is becoming a little dated. That said, it was very clean and well-maintained!

When we had an issue with no hot water in our allocated room, it was no trouble to switch rooms. Close to all amenities, short walk to the Red subway line, which is convenient to be able to commute to most attractions Chongqing offers.

The buffet spread is good. But too crowded at times and not enough seats. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries abundant. However, a little bit stingy in the offering of only 2 instant coffee packet each day. Sometimes food are replenished slowly. The lift indication is not very clear. The internet connection sucks big time. I only have limited connections. The hotel staff tried to help me redo the connections but to no avail. Instructions on the wifi was also misleading.
