Very central location. Well established hotel that has its own building, not just renting a floor in an office building like many others in Chongqing. High standards, overall. They initially put me in a room with very poor AC. I had to ask for a refund before they agreed to move me to another room. And the newer room didn’t have great AC either, but it was good enough. The hotel needs a remodel, it’s showing its age.

Convenient location. Professional and Courteous staff, especially the concierge. What really stands out is the great breakfast and the extended timings until 1:30 which is awesome. Huge rooms. Lounge is average. Charge for extra be d is high.

Rooms has a smoke smell. Hard to control chinese customers who tend to smoke in a non-smoking room - unfortunately! Ensure you book a room without carpet flooring. Hotel facilities+ service & location are all great plus!

Great location to main shopping malls, market stalls, noodle shops and a great variety of restaurants, all within 2 to 10 minutes walk. The room smells of cigarette smell.

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin room for 4 nights and it was a real pleasure. The room was very spacious, with good access to power points and a large desk area. The wardrobe was also a very good size and included drawers and a safety box. The bathroom was excellent with both a walk-in shower (rain shower head as well as hand-held) and a large bath. You may like it or not, but the bathroom had two entry points, one into the bedroom area, the other into the entrance passage - good for playing chase! The hotel's location was a real bonus with a metro station less than 5 minutes-walk away and other tourist areas nearby. Also, a pharmacy just around the corner was appreciated. The area around the hotel is very interesting and we enjoyed walking around with the help of our trusty Organic Maps navigation aid on the iphone (don't visit China without it!) The staff were very helpful, especially the Concierge who assisted in booking a restaurant and the necessary taxi on our departure, as well as providing advice on how to get to the famous Underground Hot Pot restaurant on the other side of the river (well-worth hunting out). The breakfasts were superb and a highlight of our stay - great variety and a very spacious dining room. The hotel also provided a very nice fold-out map of key tourist attractions - a great little souvenir of our visit to Chongqing. We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel.
