The hotel was in a great location to see the main attractions Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly and that was important a few days it got to 44C in Chongqing so really needed it . The breakfast was good for Asians my Asian wife like it but not good for western taste. Guest were smoking in the men’s toilet

Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fabulous. So was the coffee. Room was large with comfortable bed and pillow. We ended up buying the zero pressure pillow. Though we didn’t see reception staff quite often but they are great support. Specially Yoyo, Vida and Lyn helped up keeping luggage for extended time. Great location. Metro is right at the corner. So was the river view and more. Happy with our stay! The shared elevators are used by many other guests of different hotel in the building. Sometimes wait is long after exhausted day. The hotel might request guests not to smoke on lobby. Because lobbies smells nicotine.

No window at room, so there was a bad smell, but overall ok

Breakfast was great!! Location also was super good, just in the heart of Chongqing, shampoo and gel shower was good quality Room was smelly and weird accommodated.

The hotel has everything one needs for a great price. The staff here always tried to help us despite all the language barriers. The room size is generous. The location is fantastic to get to any other parts of the city or simply walk around at the square.

Excellent location, service, staff and extras like the outdoor balcony and porridge at 9pm and free laundry.. easy to use. Very boutique feeling. The airport shuttle bus from Chongqing also stops right in front of hotel

There are only 2or 3 elevators and on the busy hours you can wait a lot to go to the room.

Really professional and quick service, breakfast was also good. The hotel is situated right next to one of the main shopping areas, and close to the subway. When we got our room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we brought this up with the front desk, they immediately allowed us to view other rooms to judge whether others were better in our view. We switched then rooms. They also offered help with switching, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we refused. A cute little robot brought us our second room card, which was also really fun to see.

Convenient location, super clean, great breakfast, helpful to have laundry facilities as well that can be monitored through the TV. Nice view. Busy elevator with all the other hotels in the building.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, the room is comfortable, and the bed and shower are of excellent quality (in fact, the shower was perhaps my favorite feature — strong water pressure). It’s located right across from the subway and close to the main attractions in the city. The breakfast is excellent and varied. They also offer a convenient laundry service, which made my stay much easier. The main issue with the hotel is that it actually occupies a few floors of a commercial building, which also houses other hotels and businesses. As a result, the elevators are chaotic, with long waits during peak hours (sometimes I had to wait for 3 or 4 elevators before I could get in). Additionally, the staff speaks no English at all — not even the receptionists. Nowadays, this can be solved with translation apps, but in a luxury hotel in a major city like Chongqing, I believe basic English should be expected. Lastly, even though the hotel is non-smoking, some guests were smoking in their rooms, and the smell of cigarettes could be felt in the hallways.
