Security guard was nice, they have umbrellas you can borrow Horrid staff that has no issue insulting you when your creditcard does not work (they only accept unionpay, as stated in the listing). Don't have normal power outlets, we've never seen this in China before. The staff ignore the do not disturb hangers. Location is relatively far away from metro station.

Good location, near metro, plenty of food options. Staff didn’t speak English, but were very good using the translator. Quiet rooms, good airco.
