I had stayed 2 nights into this hotel. It was an amazing choice. Everything was good the location the hotel activity, breakfast and the room. Would like to thanks the reception Staff for the warm welcoming and the room upgrade. Lastly, it’s relay recommended for whom are looking for real 5 stars hotel? Thank you all for the memorial stayed

Location and facilities was really nice. - service on check out (luggage service) was poor. I requested on check out but no response then I tool my luggage till reception by my self. - reception stuff were informed for the bad service on check out.

The check-in process took a long time, and the room I was given was supposed to have a full mountain view. Instead, it had a half-mountain, half-street view with noticeable noise. After I complained, the hotel upgraded me to a higher floor with a proper mountain view

Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes. The staff friendly,specially SEPTI feet good service
