The property used to be a garden center and the plants are beautiful. The hotel is new so most facilities are too. The pool is quiet and nice and the gym well equipped. We weren’t there with children but there were a lot of activities for kids. We thought we had booked 2 rooms but we mistakenly booked two tipis. Bc it was the last days of Ramadan there were fireworks and drumming all night long. Luckily we had earplugs!! For the amount of stars I would have expected our rooms to be tidied daily. We also found out that there was a mouse and a rat trap around our tipi. This also didn’t make me feel great about the tipi experience. Otherwise the tipis are very comfortable. There were also a couple of other strange things - the restaurant offered all different kinds of barista coffee but for breakfast they offered the worst coffee for free (grainy, watery, etc). You could also dress up as Native American Indians. In Europe this “fun concept” would be seen as offensive and cultural appropriation. A lot of people seemed to like the costumes. We also had expected to be able to do guided walks organized by Sarga. Bc we were only with the three of us this was not possible and the prices mentioned to us seemed very high. We also were disappointed when they let us know laundry services were not on offer when we saw that on their Instagram free laundry services were used as a selling point.
