Comfortable & spacious with lovely views of the bay. Curtains a bit worn & need upgrade.

Location, free parking and use of communal kitchen. Breakfast was good value for 10 euros pp Musty smell in the room

The view was amazing. It was extremely comfortable and could not have asked for anything else.

Nothing really but is at top of a hill if you have difficulty with walking.

Friendly morning staff, lovely views and perfect placement for visiting St Jean de Luz. dissatisfaction regarding the noise from the neighbouring apartment, which significantly disrupted our sleep. Despite the house rules, the lack of sufficient insulation between the rooms made it impossible for us to rest.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach and the charming town center. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace was pure bliss. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with local tips and recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of locally sourced products that added a personal touch to the experience. We used access to Amazon Prime Video which was cool, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the most memorable aspects was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the beautiful decor to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was meticulously curated to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This place is a hidden gem in Basque County, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. I can't wait to return! Raining the weather that week we stayed. That was pretty wet. Other than that everything was great.

We only stayed for one night and the place is quite accessible from the Spanish border. Host was very responsive and accommodating since we booked last minute and arriving late at night. Quiet little place. Comfy bed. Ample space for parking since we are driving a 2m long van. I think the internet could be more faster to load a Netflix movie. Other than that, everything went well.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the nice French breakfast in this very charming ambiance offers a perfect start into the new day. ---

We had a whole mini house -Le Floret-and after being in hotel rooms is was so nice to have kitchen facilities. Well stocked. Ocean views if you stood up and looked out and that was ok considering the facilities we had. Netflix. YouTube. Car parking. And a pleasant walk into st Jean de luz in about 10 minutes. Bit longer heading back as going up hill. Owner was very accommodating Because the apartment had been locked up it smelt musty but that soon diminished after airing

Such a charming place. Lovely room with loads of character. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower at one end and large bath at the other end. Nice terrace to sit out and have a drink or 2. Everything was good

Easy parking and great views to the beach and harbour. Access to kitchen in breakfast room was good for self catering. It was confusing finding the apartment because each had a name ( not number) and no one to greet and explain upon arrival,.
