Days Inn by Wyndham Cincinnati East

Excellent check in. While the staff on hand had a lobby full of travellers, they provided a positive, efficient and friendly check-in experience. Exterior grounds were well maintained and parking provided immediately in front of my assigned room. Room was spacious, well-appointed and neat. A/C was quieter than most and functioned well. Bathroom was spotless. Check out was fluid and efficient. Honestly, best value for the money and easily on my top 5 stays

Good place for the price

It was a totally great room with no real concerns of any kind, great and affordable room!

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Shower had hair from the last how ever many guests. The amount of soap scum on the walls and tub was gross. The tub was so slippery I fell in the shower. The staff was very slow moving and wasnt present when I went to check in or out.

Very thin small towels. Sheets were yellowed.

Second room no microwave but the first one did and still broken shower head .. staff not super friendly except for like 1 . Didn’t check on us in those 4 days I had To ask for new towels … and toilet paper. . Beds are very hard . I wouldn’t stay here again … original pricing for that crappy hotel doesn’t make sense or add up . Don’t recommend at all

Front desk guy was nice and had good communication. Showed up at 2:53 and the room wasn’t clean yet and said no problem. He told me 15min and it would be clean because they only had one guy cleaning 40 rooms. I said take your time I would rather have a clean space anyway. Came up to my room and floor was wet like it was mopped but still visibly dirty. Shower didn’t even have warm water and wasn’t marked so it kept spinning and had to play find the Luke warm water with the knob. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean. No refrigerator in the room and I wouldn’t have touched the couch with a ten foot pole. Small footprint in the bathroom. Skeptical on the cleanliness of the towels also. All in all you definitely get what you pay for. If it’s all you can afford then it isn’t bad but definitely would not stay here willingly if you have the opportunity to purchase something better.

Property was clean and while it is an old property it is well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room needed a bit of high dusting to remove Cobb webs from ceiling corners and lamps but outside of that it’s not bad at all. Located close to good restaurants and big stores.

Was worth it

Rooms were not ready till at 430pm when check in was at 3pm. Once got into room it was dirty had finger nail clipping in floor holes in the blankets. Did not even stay left few hours after check in due to room being so disgusting and never got my money back

The laziest staff ever with the exception of Skyler. I lost my reservation. Walter told me he put a note in stating I'll be late which he never did. I ended up having to pay $70 more for the room.

Disappointing

Nothing I seen a bug under my towels .. couldn't see what kind bc it was fast. Definitely a roach or bed bug ..Went behind mirror. Sprayed alcohol ... Had no wash cloths.. key card kept getting locked had to go back down several times and wait bc no one was ever at office.. website on booking said breakfast included..nope!!

very slow check in due to not insufficient staff, Nasty, dated room, stains, cigarette burn on bedspread, keys kept losing programming, had to go back and get them reprogrammed. No breakfast on the go as advertised.

Staff was pleasant. Booking included grab and go breakfast but both mornings there was nothing but coffee. Room was clean and functional. A/C worked great. Room was able to remain a comfortable temp. Which is always a super +. Part of the parking lot was blocked off and part of the building looked to be in disrepair and unusable. But for the price it certainly met our needs for a place to rest our heads a couple nights.

The property was an excellent value for the price. The staff varied from helpful to hostile. Forget about having a cup of coffee. When I checked in, I was told the coffee machine was available 24 hours. With a different attendee, I was told it was available from 630 to 9 by someone who was asleep at their desk. A great place to stay and save money, be prepared for disappointment in many areas.
