Friendly staff, good pet facilities, quiet, clean and great water pressure/shower. The bed needed a new mattress- lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great place to stay, near a mall and lots of places to eat. Clean, safe, well kept. Next to an FBI building, that was funny. Favorite part for my kid? Red velvet waffles for breakfast, first time we have run across that. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Great location, right off I-71, across from the Kenwood Town Center with lots of options for shopping and eating. Rooms are comfortable, there is plenty of parking, staff are helpful. There is no recycling on the premises at all, even for bottles and cans. It would also be nice to have a place to sit outside if the weather is nice. At present, there is only a bench right near the entrance. A picnic table or something around back (?) would be a nice addition.

It was not as clean as I would like. The sheets on our mattress were thread bare and you could see through them that there were many large holes all in the mattress pad. We were made to wait a long time in the lobby while the clerk helped a long stay traveler with credit card issues.

Breakfast was fine, room itself was fine. Shortly after check in another guest opened up my room with her key. The front desk gave her a key to my room because the guy at the front checked everyone in wrong. Then, late in the evening, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. ANOTHER person opened up my room CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT. And the hotel REFUSED to reimburse us for the night. We had to barricade the door just to get some sleep.

Poorly maintained. Toilet failed; I even used their “plumber’s helper” to try to correct it…no avail. Place felt tied and unclean.
