Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The room was gigantic. There was a pool, but I didn't have time to enjoy. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of food and beverages. I will seek out other Home2 Suites in other cities as a new favorite chain. This location is very conveniently located near a variety of fast food, easy on and off of highways, proximity to movie theatre, Target, Meijer. Will definitely stay here again when in Cincinnati.

Breakfast was picked over when we got there, but staff made more foid.

The breakfast room, where we pick the food, was little small and the elevators are little slow. Other than that, everything was allright.

Room was spacious with a kitchen equipped with a microwave and some basic prep and dining provided.

The hotel was in a great location

I spent 8 nights at the hotel. Breakfast was horrible. The gym had no weights - dumbbells. My room was cleaned just once the entire stay

Breakfast This is the second time I have unfortunately had to stay in a Home 2 Home Suite hotel One in SC and now in Cincinnati and both times check-in was supposed to be at 3 and I have not been able to get into my room until 5 or after because the room hasn’t been ready. I paid over 6 hour dollars for two nights just be told they were still cleaning. While sitting in the lobby there was no sense of urgency from the housekeepers that I observed walking around. I was in Cincy for the Jazz Fest so I was on a schedule and wanted to be able to take my time and get dressed for the event but instead I was super rushed because of the 2 hour delay. The lobby was filthy. Someone spilled a whole cup of orange juice on the floor and I almost walked in it, thank goodness my husband grabbed my arm. There was no wet floor sign or anything. Once we entered the room the floor was so sticky, shower was dirty, the mirror in the restroom was filthy, dishes were in the dishwasher and countertops had old food and spilled drinks on it. The smell of marijuana was all in the hallways. It was so much that it that our room smelled as we had lit one up ourselves. The breakfast was good even though staff that worked in that area Saturday morning was not so nice. Overall it just was not a good experience and I pray I will never have to stay at one of these again. I expect more from Hilton especially being that I am a Hilton Honors members

Room had dirty linens still in. Pool was gross. Kitchen utensils were still in dishwasher. Towels were not clean.
