The room was spacious , nicely decorated , clean , comfortable with air conditioning. TV had different language channels available The staff were helpful, having our room ready early, following a message previously sent earlier in the day. There is free secure underground parking outside of any ZTL zone. The metro was a 25 minutes walk or on a bus route to the station , to travel into Milan. Maid service everyday, whom ensured we had everything we needed ie clean towels , tea , coffee etc . Unfortunately the shower in our room 404 was broken ! No written information in rooms regarding restaurant menus / times etc and bar in the hotel was poorly stocked. Limited shops / restaurants/ pubs in the local area.
