Bed linens and towels were very old with several holes. Moisture smell in the bathroom. Reception refused to issue a tax invoice although I paid at the hotel.

Our third stay at this hotel. Value for money, clean and predictable. Management need to pay a little more attention to detail. We booked a twin room, but only 1 mug for tea, etc. Toilet running incessantly wasting water. For sure, housekeeping know about this problem but too lazy to fix it.

Perfect for cross country cyclists! convenient and nice location, extremely accommodating and flexible! we arrived late and our booking was ready, the staff were friendly and attentive to us! they took care of our bicycles for us and stored them in the front office. Rooms were clean with hot shower! AC was a little weak. WiFi password issues but the front desk were helpful to resolve the problem. The guards were helpful too and assisted us with our bikes; place downstairs to get it washed before we left the next day. Everything was fine!

Very good value for money. It is hard to believe this hotel is only rated 2-star. Very clean, and my only complaint is that the Sky Cafe had been booked for a private party during my stay. I couldn't find any room service menu in the bedroom, so I did not try to order anything. As a result, I still do not know if room service meals are available.

Nope. The bathroom is terrible like you stay offshore or on the boat. The room itself is not soundproof. In the morning you will hear loud music in the corridor
