We need to ask doormat first to receptionist, and took almost 30 minutes to get it. I think the supervisor should check and recheck the list his staff, so all room have complete amenities.

The bedsheets and the pillow is you yellowish,the towel torn and near to black color towel .the bathroom is dirty .

The receptionist was very helpful, they helped me many times. The room mapping was great (smoking floor), the shower room was open and separated from the toilet. Plates and glass during breakfast was dirty, found lipstick stain, food stain, unexplain stain. Value for money was not worth it, I usually don't complain a lot. But the whole experience was really bad. Plus the window has only one layer, you will wake up in the middle of the night hearing the train.

The room is like the Ibis Budget rooms I know from other countries. Room was clean and Stuff was friendly. Its incredible noisy, Alun Alun is just 100 meters away. The railway crossing warning siren is on every few minutes. Its next to a very busy street and intersection. The Window lock is worn out, so there is always a big gap between window and frame. I checked out the same evening.
