Center of city easy to go anywhere. Helpful staff The bathroom doesnot have hand shower, its hard to get bath without wetting the hair.

Modern property in a very good location Liked everything except that when made booking through Booking.com it said that spa was included only to find out from the hotel staff when checking in that it’s not. I even showed the booking page on booking.com where it still says spa included for new bookings. So it appears either booking.com was not honest or the hotel gave wrong info to booking.com I tried sending message about this issue to booking.com but it appears it’s not easy to go through the process. Let’s see if booking.com makes for this misadventure

None Bad service, dirty and smell bathroom, the pillow and mattress are very uncomfortable to sleep on, making it difficult to sleep tight and giving you a headache when you wake up.

One of the best stay we ever had! We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay. We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable. Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues. Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed. The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities. Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino. For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly. Thank you Swiss-bel Hotel Cirebon for such a wonderful service & allow us to have the most memorable stay. See you again ! The spa kinda left me hanging twice after enquiring for a slot. But probably there are swamped.

Breakfast was decent enough, good selection, caters to all tastes Housekeeping could be better, Rooms are skim/surface cleaned not quite deep cleaned.
