Overall, it was a decent hotel. Since Cirebon is quite far from the capital, it’s hard to expect the same standard as Jakarta, but considering the price, it was satisfactory. One of the best things was its proximity to a large shopping mall. The mall called “Garage” is only a 5-minute walk away, so it was nice to walk there for a bit of exercise, and it was convenient because I could easily buy anything I needed. Check-in was delayed, and I had to wait outside for an hour. This part was a bit disappointing. Just as guests are expected to follow the check-out time, I believe the hotel should strictly honor the check-in time as well. They mentioned that they upgraded my room because of the wait, but for me, my time is more important than the size of the room.

Spacious room and strategic locations Water smell badly, swiming pool very dirty. My kids want to have swim, we have standby by 7am and the pool (and all activities, gym, kids room, sauna) not yet open, but the sign is stated 6am should be open, we need to wait many minutes until one staff come up and even that the pool is not cleaned very dirty

In the middle of Cirebon, its near to every where, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast have several option, taste should be improve. When they have high ocupation, parking space will be a big problem. Basement parking area not easy for big cars. We arrive at 4Pm, room still not ready, maybe the last guest too lazy to leave after new years night Towel condition should be replace by a new one. We did not get face & hand towel

The location was good The room feels a bit outdated. The price of the extra bed was not as written in booking site. It was more expensive at the spot.

The airco we had problems with it even if you put in on auto it should cool down to keep the temperature but on the day that can be tricky. If you put it only on cooling it works great but for the child it was then to cold hahaha.

The staffs were very helpful. The securities made sure that we got a good parking, the receptions made sure that we got the room that we wanted (high floor, double bed, mountain view). The location is very good, just bear with a bit of traffic. The breakfast was good also.

The staff was very responsive to my feedback. In particular, they arranged us to change a room after knowing the aircon was not working well. Breaskfast can be improved. For example, the coffee making machine wss not working for a particular type of coffee (machiato).

There is no better place to stay in Cirebon. The rooms out of date. Hotel ask for prepayment after the Booking confirmation.

It's a good idea to start no plastic bottle water in the room, maybe add a water refill center as well Swimming must be strict, only wearing the appropriate swimming suit, should not allowed anyone wearing clothes or tshirts and pants. Unhygienic and unaesthetic.
