Big parking slot 1. I booked 2 rooms but when I arrived around 16.00, only 1 room ready. I order 1 twin bed and 1 double bed. But they gave both twin bed. 2. AC condition in the 1st room needs to be serviced by an engineer prior ready to be occupied. 3. The second room condition was dirty. There was dust, fallen hair from a previous guest. I asked the sweep and mop by the housekeeping first 4. AC in the lobby was out of service and the condition was very hot. I asked to resepsionist, but they didn't respond on time 5. I called for room service and it took time to pick up and response 6. AC indoor unit poor condition 7. The toothbrush was hard and made me bleed while using it 8. The insulation of the room was very poor. The noise of the next room sounded disturbing.

The room was actually nice for the price point - I asked to borrow a bowl and cutlery but they said that the hotel's restaurant is managed by a vendor so they couldn't provide it. Like the most ridiculous experience ever in my history staying in a hotel. They can only offer solution of me purchasing a plastic bowl for Rp10.000 - the receptionist forgot to do the payment processing when I checked in, while I thought my payment was already done via OTA. In the evening the receptionist called my room and asked me to settle the payment. Since I was still occupied in a meeting, I asked to pay when I checked out, but she insisted that I had to pay that very night.

Check in process took so long. Sorry to say the room seem clean but the smell of bed sheet and pillows are disgusting not to mention the ceiling has lots of leaking stain. The tea cup in room cant be used cause so sticky dirty and has stain ? Paid more than 700k IDR one night for a room like that and Breakfast also ??

The room is actually spacious (family room) and the staffs are nice. I don't know where to start, but here we go: 1. AC remote is busted, needed to call the maintenance just to lower the temp (despite the fact that they said it was a centralized AC when we called to ask about the remote) 2. Bed sheet is full of stain ? 3. Towels aren't ready when we got there at 4.30 pm, and when they came, there were not looking so clean. 4. TV remote has no battery and impossible to watch something when the remote is not even working 5. There isn't many choice of food for breakfast buffet 6. The public toilet on the 1st and 9th floor are just so very dirty. Bidet note working, sink is full of water, just really bad. 7. Parking is not free!!! Had to pay 8 thousand each time we left the hotel. I had to make a deposit upon arrival, I really dont think it is necessary to put a deposit considering the condition facilities. We have been in several budget hotels but so far, this one is the one we will probably not be coming back.

Only who works there. Stayed here for 6 nights, check in 2 pm but the room wasn't ready yet, even after 20 mins of waiting. The ac wasnt working, I didn't have a chance to adjust the temperature or turn it off, because the remote control was broken and it was pouring ac water onto the floor. And they dont have even a window for a view. I am serious, i couldnt look at the outside, it was like a prison. And that was a suite room.. The TV couldn't connect to the wifi, whats the point of Android tv there then? One more, the water isn't hot in the last 2 days, they couldn't fix it. What a terrible days and experience.

The spacious room. The water. I have an unpleasent experience while taking a shower the water turn from clear to muddy water. That the worst experience ever.
