The architecture was as unique as they come and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall vibes and amenities were immaculate and you could tell this place took care to hammer out every tiny detail both inside and outside the rooms

Better than I expected in every way. Very scenic. A short drive from all the interesting spots. Outstanding food and service.

This place is a gem. Relaxing, comfortable. The food was excellent, both included breakfast and dinners that are extra. And the staff was friendly and professional. I speak Italian and enjoyed talking with our efficient breakfast and dinner waiters: Adriano, Mimo and Francesco. I didn't like driving on the very very narrow roads to get to the place but they have no control over that.

The staff were so kind and welcoming to our family. We really enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very intimate and as architects, we appreciated the design of the rooms and how they re-used the trulli to create special spaces. We had a very comfortable stay.

Non Italian TV entertainment could be a challenge

The hotel rooms are typical construction: simple and charming. Gardens are really beautiful and the restaurant is noteworthy. The atmosphere is relaxing, staff is welcoming Nothing at all.

Very nice decorated hotel isolated from all stress Overall, the hotel was nice, but I was disappointed with the hygiene and the way my concern was handled. The bed sheets were not clean, and when I reported this around midnight, the receptionist initially told me room service was gone. She came to inspect the issue but didn’t offer to change the sheets immediately—instead, she suggested switching rooms, which I didn’t find reasonable at that hour. After some back and forth, she eventually changed the bedding herself but placed the duvets on the floor during the process, which didn’t feel hygienic either. For the price paid, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation. Beautiful room with everything you would need. Pool fabulous. The receptionist was helpful. Other Staff could be more helpful. Food was OK not great value for money. Didn't serve food throughout the day or have bar in the evening for drinks
