location Everything except for the location and shower. The room is already small as it is and yet cleanliness and confirt was not even achieved. It was very dusty and it felt like the room and the sheets were not cleaned and washed well. The comfort is exceptionally horrible. It was like being in a sauna or instead of air conditioning, it was the heater that was on. We weren’t able to rest at all. With high charges for for a very short stay, cleanliness and confirt should at least be provided along with good staff.

Offer something to eat with coffee; ie pastry

I booked a room online with 2 beds, expecting a bigger space, but when I arrived, I was given a single room. The room was extremely small—you could hardly move, and it was impossible to open a luggage properly. It felt more like a room for children, not adults, and was overpriced for the size and comfort provided. Overall, everything felt tiny and uncomfortable, which was very disappointing.

The location was excellent. It is within the international departure area, same building. It is very convenient if you are arriving or departing at weird hours. The room is very very tiny. It is really only suitable for one person plus maybe 1 luggage. and even then, you won't be able to move around the room. And I am a short 5'1" Filipina woman! The amenities were also low quality.

Loved the location at the airport. Rooms were just what was needed to get rest, get up early and on our way the next morning.

Convenient No bar soap

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was quiet. TV did not work, no hot water, toilet seat and sink water faucet very loose.

Location is best located to connect with my flight. Private and peaceful. Just about provided what I need for a short time. It looked not clean to me, sheets and the floors.

A little pricey

Extremely small almost no room for luggage to close the door

It’s located in the airport. This convenience was excellent. The rooms are tiny. I barely had enough room to walk around my luggage to get to the bathroom. And the toilet seat was broken.

We had 10 hours before our flight so it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and freshen up. Room 105 was a bit moldy. 108 was fine.

Location No hot water and room is very cold.. no individual temp control.

Very near departure Terminal 2

Location is great, it’s in 2nd floor of the mactan international airport, you don’t need to wake up early if you have a flight to catch, Miss Hannnah is very helpful, she helped me booked my 2nd stay in aerotel.

Location Overpriced and Underwhelming I had high expectations, but this hotel was a major letdown. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was far from pleasant, outdated, not very clean, and definitely not what the photos promised. On top of that, the rates were ridiculously high for the quality and service offered. You’re basically paying luxury prices for a budget experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Rooms are very very small. I also noticed a couple of things that were broken in the bathroom that seemed to have not been repaired.
