Very clean and comfortable No elevator, staff assistance limited

Staff can be great for the most part but gosh there may be one person who might not have a good day? I got the feeling something was wrong from that but... ? If you plan to be in your room and cannot get bored easily then great!! It is hard to find a better place for the price and location?? Do NOT use the common area used for breakfast or borrow dishes. We asked staff one time if we could use dishes and wash them after but we got a HUGE "slap on the hand" for doing this from someone else. I was wishing they would post a sign or to put a lock on the door instead of coming down on us. Do NOT take off the sheets or anything because maybe the mattresses or whatever underneath needs replacing. I was wishing after one visit they somehow put a liner or waterproof thing so that the mattresses would stay clean. Just do not look. It may just be with one mattress. Everything else is clean!!!!

We stayed there last year. They were GREAT then and helped out. This year they were generally great and super helpful. Just one person out of all that was a little iffy? Mall is near. McDonald's. TNTS like a coffee shop. Near the airport. Almost perfect? Syrup may not always be available or is hard to find for pancakes (hot cakes) for breakfast but I did not ask. One staff (although no one with the front desk)... or maybe the owner... did not seem happy and I was afraid something was wrong? I was hoping things would get better. Maybe post a sign for the place for breakfast saying it is not available after breakfast and what the rules are? You have to eat in your room and we would sit on the floor (lol) eating. Did not want to sit on the beds. It is what it is. If it was not for one person then I would say the stay exceeded expectations you know?

Large rooms. Staff was INCREDIBLE except maybe one person. Maybe look at what others say for the reviews? It is hard to find complaints. Just may be hard to eat meals in the rooms unless you sit on the beds to do this? Buy paper plates at the mall. Garbage cans were small which would get full easily.

Closer to the airport, spacious rooms, very good accommodation and I love the food every breakfast that they serve! I can hear people talking and singing in the other room in the middle of the night. But other than that, it is a good place to stay.

No elevator, if you have heavy luggage be prepared. breakfast is very so so and no AC in the breakfast room. Written information about the free airport shuttle is not true, they charge 150php now, because as they say due to increased gas prices. But taking a Grab ride is cheaper and more efficient. So if they wanted to just cover the gas due to high prices, the price should be lower than calling a regular taxi. I especially don't like this part :) Other than that is a decent place

Literally 10mins away from the airport. There was no disclosure that it was on the second and third floor of the building and we had to bring 4- 50lbs bag down since they were short on staff. The shuttle was inconsistent tho they paid us back for grab taxi it was still a hassle.there were no complimentary necessities.

We stay here everytime we have a flight to/from Cebu as its so so convenient - the staff are friendly the room is clean and included in the rate is a Philippine breakfast and a one way shuttle transfer to/from airport all for a good price nothing

This is a really clean hotel with good rooms for a very reasonable price. They included a pretty good breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. Hotel was difficult for my driver to find because the hotel is on the second floor above a bank and the hotel sign did not stand out in a very visible/noticeable manner.

The breakfast was really good. It's close to the Airport. The room was spacious. The staff were good. We waited for 40 minutes for the free Airport shuttle, but it did not come, as we were checking all the drivers at the front of the arrivals section of the Airport. I rang the Hotel and told them, we are still waiting. They said the driver was on his way. When he didn't come, we got into a taxi line which took another hour, very tiring. The lady I rang at the office had trouble understanding me. There needs to be a mobile phone number you can text to make communication, simple.

The breakfast is not whole lot of option and its was hot they didn't turn on the aircon , there kitchen staff so loud talking .it would be nice if they have a nice music and aircon is on.

The breakfast was okay considering the low price paid for the stay. Thank you!

Close to the airport. Free shuttle was appreciated. Quick check-in, room was cool when entering. TV didn’t work but perhaps I wasn’t using it properly. Be careful of the steps within the room.

Location from the airport within 10 minutes. Comfortable bed. Excellent AC. Low water pressure. Windows don’t have curtains so the sunlight woke us up when we don’t wanted to be woken up that early since we checked in 2AM.
