Brand new super clean. Great location if you have an early flight leaving from Cebu airport.

Near the airport, staff are very nice and welcoming Found a human hair strand on the fried fish i told the waiter.

Breakfast was the best & the staff was so attentive & caring! I appreciated that you catered to tastes of different people. This is not a complaint but something for management to look into. When we were taking a shower, there was no cold water (maybe a trickle), only hot water which could be dangerous for young children. We did mention it at the front desk as we were checking out.

This hotel is beautiful and so were the staff. From the excellent breakfast, great views, comfortable rooms and common space, the gym, the front counter staff...EXCELLENT! My only request - please maintain the excellence of the facility and the staff for our future visits and please approve a new swimming pool and jacuzzi then the Fairfield at Mactan will score an A++!

They offer a good selection of food, including a variety of local dishes. I also appreciate how accommodating the staff are, they're happy to assist guests by arranging services such as laundry and massage, even though these are not available in-house. The gym is on the smaller side, but it is clean, well-maintained, and adequate for a workout. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking sea view from my room, which made the experience even more memorable. Since the hotel is still relatively new, I noticed there were quite a few leftover grout patches in the bathroom, which affected the overall finish. I also found the design of the shower area a bit confusing, as I wasn't sure about the purpose of one of its features. In addition, some room amenities lacked proper labels, so I had to call the front desk to ask where the hair dryer was located. The hotel's location is convenient and close to a mall, but there isn't much to explore within walking distance aside from a KFC and an S&R Pizza store.

Location is close to the airport, it was mentioned to me Cebu has recently been heavy on the traffic side, if you want to . The view in the buffet had ocean view it was a good ambiance resto. The fact the changing of elevators from carpark to lobby to rooms its a lot of elevation set up. Laundry is outbound but affordable while no food service beyond 10pm.

Our one-night stay at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the start. Despite our short stay, we immediately felt at ease. Our room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a restful night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the room. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of travel and exploring Mactan. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression and elevated the entire experience. The hotel's amenities and facilities were also impressive, and the convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and the airport. For travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service in Mactan, Fairfield by Marriott is an excellent choice. Although we stayed for only one night, Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan left us with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return for a longer visit. Location was good for the airport. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Though the breakfast can be improve way better. Options was not that much. Expecting lots of fresh fruits being Cebu. Very few Pilipino foods. Breakfast

Everything was absolutely wonderful they should only tell customers that just next door there is a shopping where there is a great bakery a money exchange place pharmacy and some stores N/A

Pleasant staff and clean Nothing

They don't tell you until you arrive that they want a 9,000 PHP deposit. The location is not great as there is not much in close proximity.
