Despite being in the middle of the city it was surprisingly quiet. A set of dishes and silverware for 2 were provided in the room. The bed was comfortable enough. The room advertised a microwave but there was none. The mini-fridge/freezer was unplugged when we arrived and therefore useless in keeping our desserts frozen for eating after the dinner we brought with us. There was a cockroach in the hallway and another in our room.

Staff were very accommodating. We showed up in the middle of the night and they immedtgot us a room and explained everything perfectly

The bed is big and soft. the rest nothing to like about. I will not recommend this hotel. The wifi is poor! The hallway looks like the hallway of walking dead, no lights, not clean. The water from the faucet stinks as well. the location looks scary and u cannot walk since its too dark, no lights around the area.

Quiet location, close to airport. Close enough to restaurants and stores so you can walk but far enough to not have road noise. Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator.

The overall set-up of the room. I like that they have smart tv, fridge, microwave, and safe. The cleanliness could be improved especially in the bathroom. Wi-fi was slow. No complimentary water.

The only hits things is, this hotel is very close to the airport. If need be you could walk in a half hour. This so called hotel was HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. First, hours after I booked and paid, they sent an email - which luckily I saw - saying, UNBELIEVABLY, that this hotel is INSIDE another hotel, and gave that hotel's name, otherwise no taxi would ever find it!!!!!WORSE, nobody from hidden Hill hotel was there, no receptionist, NOBODY. The "outer hotel's" receptionist said they give the keys to the guests of Hidden Hill hotel as a favor, the owner of Hidden Hill hotel calls them with the names of guests to get keys. Just that THE OWNER FORGOT TO CALL THEM WITH OUR NAME, even though we paid in advance!!! So we had to sit in their boiling hot lobby, as the receptionist of the "outer" hotel tried to call the Hidden Hill owner, but he didn't pick up for over an hour. Much much later we got a broken, hot, horrible room in the "outer" hotel's back area, where the airconditioning didn't work, we almost melted, couldn't sleep at all. It was the worst, HORRIBLE hotel experience of my life.
