No cellular Data on the ground floor and the WiFi is not as good as others. You need to go out just to send a message. Maybe you should go for fiber or what you think may be best for your customers. Thank you.

The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly, the price is reasonable.

The shower was only a warm, not hot. There was not temperature control. The internet kept going out.

Location was good. It was too noisy, you could hear the traffic all night and also other rooms as there was no insulation or what so ever

It would be better if you have disposable slippers cause the floors are cold. A more quieter alley.

Our phones were stolen while we were fast asleep. The security was so lax that the thief was able to enter our room through the window. If you will stay here, make sure to always check the windows if it is properly locked.

A 3-minute walk outside leads you to a mall as well with many fast food options. There was a short power outage during my stay and the hotel doesn't have a back up generator. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were okay but needs improvement.

Location is absolutely fantastic and the staff were so friendly We had no water for about 2 hours but the staff were so accommodating that it wasn't an issue at all

Great value and very close to the airport in Mactan. It's my go-to short stay hotel. The people are very nice and the beds are comfortable.
